- This helps make the refund/exchange process a lot simpler and smoother for customers which is why there is no exact return policy. Just refunds/exchnages.
- Once returns and exchanges are examined and conducted, you can make use/ dispose of the item at your own discretion.
REFUNDS
- To first request for a refund, you can to the refund portal in the main menu of the website
- We have a 30-day refund/exchange policy window, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to submit refund/exchange request otherwise the request will be automatically rejected
- Once the refund request is submitted, each customer's situation will be reviewed. The reasoning laid out in the request along with the condition of the item will be taken into consideration to determine if the request will be approved/rejected.
- Every refund process will be reviewed on their own case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
- To first request an exchange, go to the refund/exchange portal in the main menu.
- Exchanges can be made for the same product.
- Exchanges can be made for a product in a different size or different color.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
